2. What the Site Is
The Site is an unofficial, non-commercial fan translation platform. We publish English translations of Korean and other Asian novels. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any author or publisher unless stated otherwise.
3. The Content
The original novels featured on the Site remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. The English translations published on the Site are our own original work, protected by copyright as derivative works. We claim no ownership over the originals.
4. Attribution
For each novel we share, that novel's page on the Site lists the original title, the author, and a link to the official source where one is available.
5. Our Translations
The English translation text, the Site's design, layout and original content are owned by Yulheyun Translations. This is without prejudice to the rights of the original authors and publishers in the underlying works.
6. Free Access
All chapters are free to read. There is no paywall and no subscription. Our only revenue is third-party advertising and optional donations.
7. Advertising and Third Parties
The Site displays third-party advertising and uses third-party services such as hosting, analytics, and donation platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.
8. Reposting and Credit
You may quote or repost our translations provided you credit Yulheyun Translations and link to the Site. Please do not repost entire novels commercially without a link back.
9. Copyright Claims and Takedown
If you are a rights holder and wish content to be removed, see our Copyright & Takedown Policy. We may remove individual novels or chapters at any time without affecting the rest of the Site.
10. Disclaimer
Translations are provided "as is". They are unofficial, may contain errors and omissions, and are not a substitute for the original. We make no warranties of accuracy or availability.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
